Kansas felon jailed for alleged criminal threats

BROWN COUNTY – Law enforcement is investigating new allegations against a Kansas felon following his arrest

On Oct. 3, the Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested River Keo, 30, of Horton, on a $150,000 felony warrant out of Douglas County, according to Brown County Sheriff John Merchant.

According to the Kansas Department of Corrections, he has a prior conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs – third or subsequent conviction. He is no longer in custody, according to online jail records.
