Discovery Corner celebrates graduation with a drone show and the chance to meet a former NASA astronaut

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) – At Discovery West’s new Discovery Corner in northwest Bend, “The Launch,” a grand opening of the space-themed hangout began Friday night with a drone show and continued Saturday with live music and food trucks, Tours of the open day and the opportunity to meet former NASA astronaut Dr. Meet Ellen Ochoa.

Attendees were also able to receive a signed book from her and learn more about her adventures in space.
