Police say one person was shot at the townhouse complex in southwest Atlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – One person was shot at a townhouse complex Saturday, according to Atlanta police.

Officers were called to 1240 Oakland Drive SW, listed as Oakland Park Townhomes, after a report of a person being shot. The victim was pronounced dead by medical personnel, police said.

According to police, the scene is still developing and active. The circumstances of the shooting are currently unknown.
