Two women hospitalized after knife attack in Sparks, suspects in custody

SPARKS, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) – Sparks police arrested the suspect in a stabbing that left two people injured Thursday afternoon.

Officers from the Sparks Police Department responded to a residence in the 1600 block of Chatterley Ln. on October 3rd at approximately 1:30 p.m. for a report of a stabbing that had just occurred. The police found two women on site who were taken to hospital for treatment.

The suspect was located at the scene and taken into custody. According to the authorities, there is currently no danger to the population.

Sparks Police detectives are currently investigating the incident.
