Missing child: Austin police search for 8-year-old

AUSTIN, Texas – Austin police are asking for the public’s help in locating Aaron Camacho, who was last seen in the 400 block of E. Wonsley on October 3 around 11:50 p.m.

Camacho, 8, was reported missing at 12:02 a.m. Oct. 4.

He was last seen leaving his home and walking.

Camacho is described as follows:

• Hispanic man
• 4′ tall
• About 56 pounds
• Dark brown hair, “Edgar” or bowl hairstyle
• Brown eyes
• Last seen wearing a beige shirt with maroon stripes, shorts and possibly no shoes

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
