Child was hospitalized in the spring after being bitten by a pit bull

SPRING, Texas – A child was taken to a hospital after being bitten by a dog in the spring.

The Harris County Pct. Constable 4’s Office said officers responded to the 5600 block of Golden Grove Drive for an aggressive animal call.

Officers were told a pit bull had bitten a child on the face, ankle and thigh.

The emergency services arrived on scene and transported the child to the hospital.

There is no information about what happened to the dog, but the constable’s office says the dog’s owner has been blamed for the incident.
