Watch a video of police attempting to remove a moose from a pool in New Hampshire

Police helped remove a moose from a swimming pool on Riddle Drive in Bedford, New Hampshire, on Thursday morning, city police said.

First responders removed the pool cover to help the moose get out of the pool. The animal then walked away.

“I would like to remind residents that moose can be very dangerous animals due to their size, and we are pleased that residents called us this morning to assist with this situation,” Chief Daniel Douidi said in a statement. “We are pleased that no people or animals were harmed in this incident.”
