Tragic Delhi Nursing Home Shooting: A Doctor’s Unrelenting Fate

In a grim incident at a nursing home in Kalindi Kunj area of ​​southeast Delhi, a doctor was tragically shot dead in the wee hours of the morning. The police identified the victim as Dr. Javed Akhtar identified, a Unani practitioner.

The alleged perpetrators, believed to be teenagers, visited Nima Hospital to seek medical treatment before the tragic event took place. Arriving around 1 a.m., they approached Dr. Akhtar’s hut after her bandages were done.

Police investigations have uncovered the involvement of two boys, reportedly aged 16, who had visited the hospital the previous day. Surveillance footage from the facility’s CCTV cameras will then be analyzed to gather further evidence of this alleged targeted attack.
