British police are investigating reported sexual assaults on campus

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The University of Kentucky Police Department is investigating a reported sexual assault on campus.

UK police said they received a report of a sexual assault on the UK campus on Tuesday.

They say the incident reportedly occurred on Saturday, September 28, in the victim’s room at a residence.

British police say the suspect is known to the victim.

They say they are actively investigating this incident and appropriate campus units are working with the individuals involved to provide resources and support.
