1 man dead, 1 injured after reports of shooting Wednesday in Perris – San Bernardino Sun

One person died and another was injured following reports of a shooting Wednesday afternoon, October 2, in Perris.

Officers responded around 3:12 p.m. to the area of ​​Navajo Road and 4th Street, west of the 215 Freeway, where a 911 caller said a man had been shot, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.

When they arrived, officers found the man and took him to a hospital.

They also found another man who was pronounced dead at the scene. The sheriff’s department initially did not provide any information about the man’s cause of death.

There were no arrests and officers were on scene to investigate the situation.
