Austin police are searching for a suspect in the robberies at CraigO’s Pizza and Tiff’s Treats

Austin police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in two aggravated armed robberies this week.

According to the APD Robbery Division, on September 29th at approximately 4:05 p.m., a female suspect entered the CraigO’s Pizza restaurant at 5501 Balcones Drive, brandished a gun, demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

On Tuesday, October 1, at approximately 11:47 p.m., the same suspect entered Tiff’s Treats at 11011 Research Blvd., brandished a gun and demanded money. Police say she left the scene when she was refused permission.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 30 years old, weighing approximately 130 pounds, having dark hair, possibly wearing a cast on her right arm and speaking English with a foreign accent.

The suspect was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt with a red Nike logo, black shorts and long white socks.
