Sudden U-turn causes two-vehicle accident at Mahahual Intersection

Mahahual, QR – A two-vehicle collision in Mahahual sent one person to the hospital. The driver of a motorcycle was injured this morning after being struck by a pickup truck.

According to preliminary information, the truck driver suddenly tried to turn around in the middle of the intersection and collided with the rear of a motorcycle. In this collision, the rider was thrown from his bike onto the concrete road.

The motorcyclist was treated at the scene and then taken to hospital.

Traffic police arrived on scene to carry out the appropriate measures, which included towing both vehicles.
