Police are investigating Aurora crash that killed a motorcyclist

Aurora police are investigating a fatal vehicle accident that killed a motorcyclist Wednesday.

The motorcyclist, an adult male, died at the scene of the crash on East Quincy Avenue near Buckley Road, Aurora police said on social media. The driver of the vehicle that collided with the motorcycle, an adult female, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police said their initial investigation revealed the two vehicles collided when the motorcyclist was traveling west and the driver of the other vehicle was turning. Police say speed may have been a factor in the collision.
