Pembroke man arrested for weapon, assault charge: Concord police report

CONCORD, NH – Rebekah M. Padua, 28, of Barnstead was arrested on September 30, 2024 at 1:12 p.m. for Theft by Unlawful Taking, a felony resulting from two prior convictions and Driving after Revocation or Suspension. She was arrested following an incident or investigation at 132 Loudon Road. Padua pleaded guilty to a theft charge on May 16 following an incident in Warner in August 2023. She received a prison sentence of one to three years, with a mandatory minimum of one year, each suspended for five years, and restitution of $2,209 in Aubuchon hardware. Padua also has active drug possession charges from Concord as of July 2023, as well as credit card fraud and lost property charges from Laconia.

David J. Holliday, born 1977, of Pembroke, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. Sept. 30 on charges of reckless conduct-deadly weapon and simple assault. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at the Ledyard National Bank at 74 S. Main St.

Alexander N. Rawley, born 1998, of New Hampton was arrested at 7:02 a.m. Sept. 30 on a charge of criminal mischief following an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Amy H. Upton was cited at 8:39 a.m. Sept. 8 for conduct following an accident report and traffic control device violation following an incident or investigation at 41 Hazen Drive.

Nicholas Guay was arrested at 12:22 a.m. Sept. 6 on a warrant following an incident or investigation at 7 Washington St. in the North End.

Mikayla W. Fiske, 32, of Concord was arrested Aug. 11 at 4:07 p.m. on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the welfare of a child, driving under the influence (second DUI) and a yellow line violation in the Arrested following an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Stephanie Hooper-Staples, born 1975, of New Hampton received a citation for making a false report to law enforcement at 10:06 a.m. Aug. 9. Scott T. Staples, born in 1977 of Bristol, was also charged with making a false report. They were charged following an incident or investigation at the Concord Fire Department at 24 Horseshoe Pond Lane.
