Monroe County man charged and arrested for sexual assault – TBINewsroom.com

MONROE COUNTY – An investigation by TBI special agents into an allegation of sexual assault has led to the indictment and arrest of a Madisonville man.

At the request of 10th Judicial District Attorney General Steve Hatchett, TBI special agents on September 5 began investigating a complaint of a sexual assault that occurred on August 24^Th. During the course of the investigation, officers learned that Brian Hodge had sexually assaulted an individual at the Monroe County Emergency Room in Madisonville.

On October 2nd^ndThe Monroe County Grand Jury returned an indictment against Brian Keith Hodge (DOB July 20, 1984) on one count of sexual battery. TBI agents took Hodge into custody today and transported him to the Monroe County Jail where he was arrested. His bail was set at $10,000.
