Police are asking for help identifying the suspect in the Brooklyn shooting/slashing attack

CYPRESS HILLS – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying one of the two men who shot and stabbed a 26-year-old man at Fulton and Elton streets in Cypress Hills on Sunday, Sept. 22, just after midnight. A suspect displayed a firearm and fired several shots, hitting the victim in the left shoulder, and the second man slashed the victim in the face with a knife, police said.

EMS transported the victim to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in stable condition. Police have released a photo of one of the suspects, described as male with black hair and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a black and red shirt, dark jeans and black and red sneakers.
