New Castle, DE – Delaware State Police have identified 80-year-old Sadhu Singh of New Castle, Delaware, as the victim of a fatal pedestrian accident on September 30th. Singh was struck by a vehicle while crossing a street in New Castle. Police are continuing to investigate the incident.

According to Delaware State Police, the collision occurred in the evening. The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is leading the investigation. Authorities have urged anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to come forward.
