According to police, the incident came to light when Chaitanya called his paternal aunt and reported that he was feeling sleepy. The aunt, a teacher, immediately rushed to their home and found the bodies of her brother, sister-in-law and niece in a room. The suicide note is currently under review but is said to detail how Rahul became overwhelmed by debt and fell into depression as a result.
