BGPD at the scene of a personal injury accident near I-65

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – Bowling Green Police are responding to a personal injury accident.

The accident occurred near Scottsville Road and I-65. According to Public Information Officer Ronnie Ward, one person was flown to a nearby hospital for their injuries.

It is currently unknown how serious the injuries are.

A vehicle involved in the accident fled the scene.
