The criminal case against “Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick has been dismissed.

The 37-year-old reality star’s lawyer, James Leonard, told DailyMail.com exclusively on Tuesday: “We are pleased to announce that all original charges against Angelina have been dismissed in court today.”

“She admitted that she had caused a minor disturbance in her own home on the night in question. That is the entirety of what we acknowledged in court, and the court accepted that as the factual basis for the misdemeanor.

“This behavior described does not constitute a criminal offense in the state of New Jersey.” “We are very pleased with this outcome and she is grateful that the matter is now behind her.”

Pivarnick had pleaded not guilty to assault and resisting arrest following an alleged domestic violence incident at the $1.3 million New Jersey mansion she shares with her fiancé Vinny Tortorella.

She was arrested at 11 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, after a visit from the Freehold Township Police Department, DailyMail.com reported after attending a virtual court hearing on Tuesday, July 23.

Pivarnick was present at the virtual hearing in Freehold Township Municipal Court and was accompanied by her attorney Leonard, who also represents Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice.

Tortorella also appeared briefly in the Zoom hearing on a separate device, but then left the session.

She was charged with “simple assault, criminal misrepresentation, obstruction of the administration of justice and resisting arrest,” a county clerk said during the virtual hearing.
