Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexually abusing a nine-year-old after promising him a record deal

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced plans to file 120 lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging sexual abuse against him and his associates. During a press conference on October 1, 2024, Buzbee, along with his co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale, revealed that one of the victims was only 9 years old when Combs allegedly promised the child and his parents a record deal, only to later sexually abuse the child . Buzbee explained, “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs promised the then 9-year-old and his parents a record deal and then sexually abused the child.”

Buzbee said many of the victims had previously been afraid to come forward for fear of retaliation. “They fear backlash in their communities, from their families and from the perpetrators themselves,” Buzbee said, adding: “This trial will expose many powerful people.” The 120 alleged victims are an equal number of men and women , with at least 25 of them being minors at the time of the alleged incidents.

The victims, representing over 25 states, include people from California, New York, Georgia and Florida. The lawsuits will potentially affect companies such as banks and hotels that allegedly benefited from the abuse.

Combs’ legal team has previously denied the allegations and expressed that Combs is committed to clearing his name.
