The Israeli Foreign Ministry reported an unusual incident at its embassy in Sweden on Tuesday. All employees were safe and no one was injured.

According to Swedish media, there were reports of a large police presence at the embassy.

According to Expressen, the police had been patrolling in front of the embassy since 6 p.m. and there was a shooting.

Empty casings were also found in the area. Police declined to comment.

Police confirmed they were at the scene and that no one had been injured or arrested. The police indicated that it was classified as a criminal offense, but did not go into further detail.
