Teen charged as an adult in brutal attack in Butchers Hill, filmed

BALTIMORE – A 15-year-old is now charged as an adult in the attempted murder of a man in Butchers Hill.

The brutal attack was caught on camera over the weekend.

WMAR-2 News spoke with the victim, who did not want to be identified.

The teens beat him unconscious and then stomped on his head as he lay face down on the street.

His daughter found him outside and he went to the hospital to get his face stitched up. He still has two black eyes.

Police arrested two suspects, an 18-year-old and a 15-year-old, in connection with the attack.

The public prosecutor’s office brought charges of attempted murder against the 18-year-old, but the 15-year-old was later released from the juvenile detention center to this day.
