Single vehicle accident near Douglas resulted in one fatality – EnidLIVE!

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has reported that a single-vehicle crash that occurred late Monday evening a mile west of Douglas left the driver of the vehicle dead.

Charles A. Mack, 59, of Waukomis, was driving on East Bison Road. near South 126th St. when the accident occurred. The cause of the accident and Mack’s health condition at the time are still under investigation.

When emergency responders arrived at the scene, Mack was trapped in the vehicle for an unknown amount of time. Mack was pronounced dead at the scene.
