Well, our brilliant journalist Adam Crafton took a behind-the-scenes look at the channel, including this little detail from Pete Radovich – their coordinating producer of the UEFA Champions League coverage:

“This summer I was sitting in a taxi in Croatia. The driver asked me where I came from. I told him New York. He says, “Oh, you’re into sports? …My favorite sports show is in the USA.” A taxi driver in fucking Croatia!

“He says, ‘I don’t know if you’ve ever seen it; Thierry Henry, Kate Abdo, Micah Richards. It’s hilarious. I love this show. Have you ever seen it?’.

“If you had told me four years ago that people outside of America would know our show, it would truly be bigger than we could have ever imagined. That’s the fun part. The hard part is staying relevant and getting better.”
