Amazon truck involved in accident on W Street

SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, Tenn. (WDEF) – W Road has been closed for an “extended period” due to an accident involving an Amazon truck.

The Hamilton County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security posted on Facebook that the truck was leaking propane after the accident.

Hamilton County Hazmat and Walden’s Ridge personnel were on scene for hours.

Drivers were instructed to take an alternate route while officers attended to the situation.
