Call 999 if you see a wanted criminal who may be in Southampton

Police are searching for a man who was convicted of drug offenses in Poland and is believed to be in Southampton.

Waldemar Hawro fled the country and is now wanted.

Once found, he will be extradited to Poland, according to Hampshire Constabulary.

Police are appealing for information to help them find the 36-year-old, who is believed to be in the Southampton area.

He is described as white, around 1.75 meters tall and with dark brown hair.

“As part of this appeal, we are publishing a picture of him,” said a spokesman.

“If anyone recognizes this man or has any information about his whereabouts, please call 999 quoting reference number 44210081242.”
