Accident in which a sedan crashed into a utility pole and a fire hydrant was examined

Lansdale police said Monday afternoon that the crash involving a white Ford sedan on Main Street remains under investigation.

Police confirmed that the driver – and the 18-year-old woman – complained of minor pain and were transported to Grand View via VMSC EMS.

Police were dispatched to the single-vehicle crash at 9:58 a.m. and the scene was cleared by 11:30 a.m., police said. West Main Street was closed for 40 minutes during the scene.

Lansdale Police were assisted by crews from Lansdale Electric and North Penn Water Authority.
