Man charged with indecent child abuse – ButlerRadio.com

A Butler man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself and sexually abused a child.

State Police from Butler were called to a Clay Township home because 43-year-old Cecil Hallin was accused of sexually abusing a 9-year-old child.

One child claimed Hallin would watch pornography and force the child to sit on his lap while he watched. Hallin is accused of several lewd acts, including inappropriate touching of the child.

Hallin was charged with indecent assault on a person under 13, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.
