While on probation in La Salle County, a man from La Salle to the south has found a lot more trouble.

According to the Southern Standard newspaper in Warren County, Tennessee, 36-year-old Nicholas Dellinger was charged earlier this month with reckless endangerment with a vehicle, theft of property valued at $1,000, aggravated burglary and evading arrest.

Dellinger is accused of attempting to pawn nearly $3,000 worth of stolen items in Tennessee. When he was confronted, he fled in his vehicle at high speed. He eventually fled on foot before being captured.

Dellinger was sentenced to one year of probation in La Salle County last May after pleading guilty to criminal damage to property.
