Temple police investigate road accident in which two people died

TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) – The Temple Police Department is investigating a crash that killed two people on Sept. 30, a police report said.

According to a police report, Temple police officers were dispatched to the 21000 block of southeast HK Dodgen Loop in response to a head-on collision at approximately 4:15 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers determined one person was dead at the scene, while another person was taken to hospital for medical treatment. Unfortunately, the individual was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

The Temple Police Department’s traffic unit is reportedly investigating the scene, with the area closed “for the next few hours,” according to the police report.

The identities of the victims and those involved in the accident are currently unknown.
