Burkburnett Police are sharing details of the shooting investigation

BURKBURNETT, Texas (KAUZ) – Burkburnett Police have shared details about a shooting near S. Avenue.

BPD said they received a call from a woman who was reportedly holding her arm and appeared to be in pain. When officers arrived at the scene, no one in the area matched the description.

The woman was later found at United Regional Hospital, where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Burkburnett police said they believe this is an isolated incident.
