Internally, Anne-Marie Evans is part of a leadership team that views the acquisition as a merger to facilitate collaboration, collaboration and teamwork across all aspects of the new company.

“It was incredibly rewarding to be part of the team that led the acquisition,” she said. “I look forward to leveraging my professional experience on both sides of M&A to take Xcelerate Solutions to new heights.”

Mark Drever, CEO of Xcelerate Solutions, said he has had the honor of working with Evans for over a decade.

“As a working mother, Anne-Marie is an expert at multitasking and a total professional,” he said. “I am often amazed at how much she achieves every day. She really is just spectacular.”

Chief Operating Officer Danny Olmes said Evans was one of the hardest-working people he knew.

“I can always count on her to get the job done,” Olmes added.

Why watch

Evans said her “incredibly dedicated team” has embraced change head-on. They evaluated several new software systems, developed implementation plans, and are currently rolling out plans to integrate the financial aspects of the new venture. The team also handles its daily tasks “admirably and takes on new challenges every day,” she said.

Second, Xcelerate is improving internal systems and operations to position the company for exponential growth, she said.

“As a McNally platform company, we are preparing to expand our portfolio, our market share and our team,” said Evans. “With our recent investments, we are already seeing both organic and inorganic growth. The finance and accounting team wants to be “the supply line in front of the troops.”

Interesting fact: “I have four energetic children who not only keep me on my toes but also fill my life with happiness and help me stay balanced,” she said. A former high school cheerleader, Evans loves running and is currently training for the Army 10 mile run.
