After undermining black New Yorkers, Mayor Adams is now playing the racial card as law enforcement draws closer

After becoming the first sitting mayor of New York City to be indicted on criminal charges, Eric Adams, formerly called himself “the Biden of Brooklyn” suggested he was targeted by the Biden White House because of his criticism The “The federal government has done nothing because its broken immigration policies have overwhelmed our protection system without relief. I put the people of New York above party and politics.”

Let’s ignore his humorous statement about setting the for now “People of New York before party and politics.”

Adams’ responses to the immigration issue in New York City illustrate his lack of steadfast leadership. In fact, Adams has proven that he cannot be trusted in difficult situations. Instead of using his wits and enlisting the help of many capable New Yorkers to address the migrant situation, he buckled under the pressure and became unhinged.

As a result, Adams then behaved belligerently, attacking Biden for not doing enough on immigration policy. The migration question is a serious question. So why, after months of berating Biden, did Adams rush back to New York ahead of a scheduled meeting with Biden on immigration? Is it just a coincidence that he did this on the day his house was raided as part of his major fundraiser?

One thing Adams is good at is crushing his own arguments and testifying against himself with his tall tales.

Adams defended his actions by saying he had returned to New York to comfort her. Is this why he apparently left without notifying the White House after demanding a meeting on migration? Was coaching, excuse me, her consolation more important than dealing with immigration?

This brings us to one of the allegations made by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Eric Adams allegedly changed the password on one of his phones before the FBI confiscated it. When asked for the new password the day after the change, Adams said he had forgotten it. Maybe early onset dementia symptoms?

This puts a lot into perspective considering how panicked he was when he decided to flee DC and return to New York City. Didn’t an advisor tell him that the political optics here point to a desperate man with a bad conscience? Didn’t he know that the FBI would classify this as likely criminal behavior?

Adams is now playing the race card to muddy the waters.

He wants people to believe he is being singled out because he is a high-ranking black politician. Because of American racism, Adams’ Canard will resonate with some segments of the black communities, particularly those living outside of New York City.

What’s outrageous here is this: Eric Adams is worse than black political opportunists like Tim Scott, Byron Donalds, Clarence Thomas, etc.

If Eric Adams were politically identified as a Republican, more black Americans would reject his racial card lie. However, since he is fraudulently behaving as a Democrat, some will buy into this tactic.

But how many people know that Eric Adams was a Republican for years and described himself as a conservative Republican?

In fact, he appears to have made a strategic decision to run as a Democrat early in his political career because he knew he could move up the political ladder more quickly. Can anyone name a notable black Republican from New York in recent years?

This explains why he likes to pick fights with progressive Democrats. Many describe Adams as a moderate Democrat. But this man is actually a right-wing Republican wolf in Democratic clothing. Because of this, he is stoking fear around issues like immigration and crime – which for the latter means more and more money is available for the NYPD’s exploding budget. His entire plan is to use the Democratic Party platform as a springboard to run for the White House. Here’s another notable point to remember: After he was criticized for his callous response to the assassination of Jordan Neely, a fundraiser was held for him – at the home of a family member of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, where he was reporting had received thousands of dollars from Republicans.

Now he wants black New Yorkers to believe he was criminally charged because he worked for the people. Which people? It has not yet been proven with certainty whether he worked for Turkish interests. But we know he works for the police and right-wing interests, not black New Yorkers.

Who did he work for when he fought with the New York City Council over the issue of solitary confinement even before he was sworn in as mayor? How about when he tried to get lawmakers in Albany to kill the 2019 bail reform bill? Or when he sent former NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell to complain to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg that his promise not to prosecute certain minor “crimes” would allegedly jeopardize police safety?

Adams’ veto of a new police reform bill was overridden by the New York City Council this year. Adams’ tenure as mayor has been marked by his repeated defunding of city services – except for anything related to the NYPD. And now he’s promoting New York’s “Cop City” plan.

One last thing. Remember the Bronx fire that killed 17 people in 2022? Why did Adams seem to hide his connections to the landlord? And while he tried to steer reporters away from questions about safety issues in the building, he said that was a central message of the tragedy “close the door,” as someone runs for his life because he is being roasted in the fire. Where was his concern for the deaths of these black people?

Eric Adams now wants the help of black Americans to protect themselves from federal prosecution. But Eric Adams has portrayed us as political pawns all along.
