Bowling Green man injured in vehicle accident in Audrain County – KXEO

A Bowling Green man is recovering from minor injuries following a two-car accident in Audrain County in the evening hours of Sunday, September 29, 2024.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol accident report, the accident occurred 700 feet east of North Forrest Street when a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Cody A. Grant of Bowling Green slowed to make a right turn and was struck from behind by a moving vehicle by 23-year-old Ty D. Shorty of Liberty, Texas.

Grant was taken by Van Far Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
