Arrest made after shooting at Culture Restaurant, Danville police said

DANVILLE, Va. (WSET) — Danville police said they have made an arrest following a shooting at Culture Restaurant.

Culture Restaurant is located at 510 Spring Street.

According to police, 35-year-old Xavier McDaniel Keith has been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, attempting to commit aggravated assault, using a firearm in the commission of a felony and discharging a firearm from a moving vehicle. Keith is being held without bail in the Danville City Jail.

Police said investigators are actively working on leads related to this incident.
