One person is injured in a motorcycle accident in Sheboygan

One person is recovering from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident over the weekend.

WBAY reports that the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motorcycle accident in the town of Mithcell just after 1 p.m. on Saturday (September 28).^Th) on County Highway F near County Highway W.

The accident occurred when the motorcyclist overtook a vehicle at normal speed in a designated passing zone.

While overtaking, they entered a curve and were forced into the gravel strip, but were unable to get back onto the road quickly enough.

This caused them to crash into a driveway and cause the rider to fall off the motorcycle.

The unidentified driver was wearing a helmet during the incident and was taken to Froedtert Hospital by Flight for Life.

The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in its response by Orange Cross Ambulance, Beechwood Fire Department and Cascade Fire Rescue.
