Kharge’s vow: Stay alive until Modi is toppled, says Congress president amid health scares

Congress president Malikarjun Kharge has vowed to stay alive until Prime Minister Narendra Modi is removed from office. The statement came after Kharge fell ill during a public meeting in Kathua. Despite feeling suffocated by the extreme heat, he finished his speech and assured the crowd of his resolve.

Bharatiya Janata Party leader Nalin Kohli responded, saying that Kharge has the right to pursue a political agenda and stressed that health issues should not be mixed with political matters. Kohli pointed out that Prime Minister Modi called Kharge as a courtesy after his health problems, which he said should not be viewed as a political gesture.

Addressing the crowd, Kharge criticized the BJP-led central government, accusing it of running a remote administration and failing to create wealth in the last decade. The Congress president remains focused on restoring statehood and resumed his election campaign after a short break.
