A DUI accident leaves one dead and three others injured

SUMMERFIELD, Fla. (WCJB) – A man was arrested for crashing into a car while under the influence, killing one person and injuring three others.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 54-year-old William Hibshman was driving along Highway 441 south of Belleview on Friday evening.

They say his truck hit another car with four passengers.

A 72-year-old woman was killed and three other passengers were seriously injured.

Hibshman was arrested for manslaughter under the influence of alcohol.
