Sabah police remand three teenagers for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in Tawau

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30 — Police have arrested three teenagers aged 12 to 14 for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl at a farm in Sabah.

According to a report from Tawau OCPD Supt Champin Piuh said the teenagers committed the crime at around 9pm on Thursday (September 26). The star.

The girl’s mother discovered the alleged attack and reported it to the police on Friday.

“The three boys were picked up at 5:40 p.m. on the same day,” Champin said in a statement today, adding that remand has been obtained for the suspects and they will be held until October 2.

According to Champin, two of the suspects had birth certificates, while another teenager and the victim were undocumented and neither attended school.

“This case is being investigated under sexual offenses against children and immigration law,” he added.
