Transmit Entertainment reveals board structure

Transmit Entertainment Ltd. (HK:1326) has released an update.

Transmit Entertainment Limited has announced the composition of its Board of Directors, which consists of three independent non-executive directors and three executive directors, with Mr. Zhang Liang, Johnson, serving as Chairman. The Company has also established three board committees – Audit, Nominating and Compensation – with a detailed membership structure for each that identifies specific roles for directors on these committees.
