Sean “Diddy” Combs is no longer on suicide watch. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. A law enforcement source told a publication that Combs was initially placed on suicide watch as a precautionary measure and not because of an explicit threat of self-harm.

During raids on his homes in Los Angeles and Miami, federal agents reportedly seized AR-15 rifles and large quantities of baby oil and lubricants.

Combs’ legal team has been working to secure his release before trial and has suggested bail of $50 million. However, a judge denied the request and the decision was upheld on appeal. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, recently told TMZ that Combs is eager to testify in court and tell his side of the story.

Combs remains in custody, reportedly in the same area of ​​the detention center as disgraced FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried. The trial is expected to begin in early October.
