The chairman of the Ton district court faces criminal prosecution

AKIPRESS.COM – The Judicial Council approved the Prosecutor General’s request to prosecute Ton District Court Chairman Gulzat Niyazbekova.

She is accused of extorting bribes and abuse of power.

The president was recommended to temporarily suspend her from office.

Gulzat Abdinasirova assumed the role of Chairwoman of the Ton District Court on April 19, 2023. She was previously an advisor to the Supreme Court.
