The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) category received 356.81 times subscriptions while private retail investors subscribed 347.64 times for the issue.

The NSE-SME offering was an all-new issue of 34.29 lakh shares aimed at raising Rs 15.09 crore. The company set the price range for the IPO at Rs 42-44 per share. Retail investors could participate in Thinking Hats Entertainment Solutions IPO with a minimum lot size of 3,000 shares, translating into a total investment of Rs 1,32,000 crore.
