Katy shooting: 19-year-old Cody Johnson shot on highway, witnesses sought

Katie – Cody Johnson, 19, was shot Friday night while driving on the Katy Freeway near Highway 99. The incident is believed to be related to road violence.

Johnson was sitting in his black 2011 Camaro with gold wheels at the time of the shooting.
