Sean Combs’ White Parties Returned Again Amid Criminal Allegations, Lawsuit Alleges Darker Side

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legendary White Parties, known for their A-list guests and luxurious venues, have been thrust into the spotlight amid the music mogul’s current legal woes. Combs, who is charged with conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution, hosted these high-profile events in the 2000s in places like the Hamptons and Beverly Hills. Celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were among those attending these glamorous parties.

A lawsuit filed in July by Adria English, a former employee of those events, alleges that Combs used the White Parties as a front for illegal activities. English claims she was drugged and forced into sexual encounters with guests, describing herself as a “sexual pawn.” In response, Combs’ attorney Jonathan Davis denied the allegations and stated that Combs never “sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.”

In a statement released Saturday by Combs’ representatives, they defended the White Parties as cultural events and denied allegations of wrongdoing. “It is disappointing to see the media turn these cultural moments into something they were not,” the statement said.

Although the White Parties are not mentioned in Combs’ current indictment, the charges have prompted some to re-examine the events previously viewed as public relations matters. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
