No team has made a bigger statement through the first three weeks of the season than the Buffalo Bills, and they will look to get to 4-0 tonight against the Baltimore Ravens.

There’s little better than a prime-time showdown between Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson, and I’m picking “Buffalo” to beat a high-octane thriller.

Headed by player props to Allen and Derrick Henry, my Bills vs. Ravens predictions and NFL picks break down this big matchup on September 29th.

Bills vs. Ravens SNF Predictions

Bills Bills +2.5

There was understandable skepticism about the Buffalo Bills’ Super Bowl hopes after major roster moves in the offseason, but it’s now crystal clear that the Bills’ championship window remains open as long as Allen is healthy.

And I’m taking this rare chance to see Buffalo as an underdog.

The Baltimore Ravens are well-equipped to shorten the game and mount the kind of offense that keeps Allen on the sideline, but it’s hard to look past Baltimore’s leaky pass defense.

The hosts rank last in terms of passing yards allowed per game and gave up a whopping 291.7 yards through the air in the first three games.

After Gardner Minshew came to M&T Bank Stadium in Week 2 and threw the ball with freedom, the prospect of Allen destroying this secondary is very real.

Without a consistent pass rush, I’m not convinced the Ravens can slow down the visitors’ skilled offense, so I’m happy to take the points.

Over 46

It’s no secret that SNF’s stars largely play offense (with an honorable mention for Buffalo’s emerging front seven).

Even though rain was forecast at M&T Bank Stadium, I see Allen and Jackson putting on a show.

The Bills are averaging 37 ppg and blew away the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday night, jumping out to a 34-3 halftime lead.

It’s hard to root for the minors when Buffalo distributes the ball so effortlessly – 10 receivers caught a pass against Jacksonville.

Meanwhile, Baltimore held on for a 28-25 win in Week 3 despite failing to score in the fourth quarter.

The over is 5-1 overall for these teams this season, and Allen allayed any concerns about his hand injury with a masterclass earlier this week.

RavensDerrick Henry Over 68.5 rushing yards

-115 at bet365

This has all the makings of a great King Henry game: wet conditions, a short week of preparation for the Bills and a Buffalo defense vulnerable to the run without some of their key tacklers.

Derrick Henry was in beast mode last weekend, rushing for 151 yards and two touchdowns against the Dallas Cowboys, and I expect another 20-plus touchdown outing for the veteran running back.

The 68.5 O/U limit for his rushing yards seems pretty modest considering he’s easily gone over that number in his last two games.

Baltimore’s game plan is likely to be run-focused, and Jackson seemed increasingly comfortable taking advantage of the two-headed threat in the backfield.

As long as the Ravens don’t fall too far behind on the scoreboard, Henry is ready for another busy game.

ChiefsJosh Allen at any time for a touchdown

+110 at bet365

With Buffalo’s blistering start to the season, Josh Allen has established himself as the first MVP frontrunner – and I see him cementing that position here.

He did most of his damage with his arm on MNF, throwing four touchdown passes, and that’s also the way the Ravens attack. But I’m leaning toward the positive odds of Allen calling his own number in the red zone tonight.

He scored two rushing scores in Week 1, and conditions may dictate that runs for Allen are the Bills’ best bet when they get to the 10-yard line.

While Baltimore can hand off to a power back like Henry, James Cook won’t move the pile in the same way. Allen, on the other hand, lives for these brief moments.
