Camber was processed and held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in Municipal Court.

Scott J. Witherell, 56, Burlington Street, was charged Sept. 18 by city police with third-degree criminal breach of trust, a felony.

According to police records, Witherell allegedly damaged the victim’s $389 portable air conditioner and a $15 window guard during a domestic incident with another person.

Witherell was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and held pending arraignment in CAP Court.

Chad C. Beach, 41, Boyd Street, was charged Sept. 18 by city police with third-degree possession of a forged instrument, petit larceny, executing a warrant, three counts of executing a warrant and resisting arrest.

According to police records, Beach fled from a police officer after being told there was a warrant for his arrest.

Beach was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and held pending arraignment in CAP Court.

Joshua C. Baker, 28, Huntington Street, was charged Sept. 19 by city police with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and execution of a warrant.

According to police records, Baker allegedly possessed a white powdery substance that tested positive for fentanyl.

Baker was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and held pending arraignment in Municipal Court.

Christopher M. Conrad, 29, no address given, was charged by city police on Sept. 19 when police executed an arrest warrant.

Conrad was held pending arraignment in City Court.

Chad C. Beach, 41, Boyd Street, was charged Sept. 19 by city police with third-degree identity theft.

According to police records, Beach allegedly had the victim’s identification information and acted as the victim’s identity by possessing a Chime Visa debit card in the victim’s name.

Beach was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to police records, Beach allegedly possessed 0.27 grams of fentanyl in a baseball cap.

Beach took place at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
