Salma Hayek made a case for pastels this fall as she sat front row at Valentino’s Spring 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week.

The actress wore a lilac lace blouse and matching midi skirt, paired with a matching satin turban and layered pearl necklace. Rose gold peep-toe platforms and oversized sunglasses completed Hayek’s glamorous look.

The “Without Blood” star was accompanied by her husband, Kering boss François-Henri Pinault. The luxury group includes brands such as Valentino, Gucci and Balenciaga.

Valentino’s latest presentation marked creative director Alessandro Michele’s fashion show debut at the Italian label. He succeeds designer Pierpaolo Piccioli, who left Valentino after 25 years in 2024.

In an Instagram post in March, Michele wrote that his new role comes with “tremendous responsibility.”

“[Valentino] has engraved the word “beauty” in a collective history made up of research and utmost grace. My first thought is about this story: the richness of its cultural and symbolic heritage, the sense of wonder that it was constantly able to generate, and the extremely valuable identity that its founding fathers, Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti, gave it with boundless love. These are references that have always been an undeniable source of inspiration for me and to which I would like to pay tribute by rereading them as part of my creative vision.”

Earlier this month, Hayek and Pinault co-hosted Kering’s third annual Caring for Women dinner. The company’s eponymous foundation, celebrating its 16th anniversary, has raised $2 million to end gender-based violence.

The event’s high-profile co-chairs included Naomi Watts, Matthew McConaughey, Priyanka Chopra and Kim Kardashian.
