A crash on Fisher Lane leaves one dead in Juniata Park

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A fatal accident is under investigation in Philadelphia’s Juniata Park neighborhood.

Police responded to the 4500 block of Fisher Lane on Saturday around 1 p.m.

According to investigators, a Ford Explorer lost control, crashed through a wooden fence and struck an unattended Nissan Versa.

The driver of the Ford was partially thrown out of a window and was pronounced dead at the scene.
